Mr. Mario Borrego has been a City employee for over 5 years and has worked in the Criminal Justice Center. He Transferred to the Code Enforcement Department and was selected by the City Employee Recognition Committee for his professional conduct and public service. Mario was also appointed to the City Safety Committee for 2009.

On Behalf of the City Administration, City Council, and Senator Carlos Uresti, Mr. Borrego was presented the Award for Employee of the year on December 13, 2008.
